Dates

A parent meeting will be held on February 15, 2026 from 5:00 to 6:15 pm before the start of the Leadership School. The program will be explained in detail and allow parents of selected students to ask any questions they may have. This parent meeting will be held at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast. Please see below for the location address.

Classes begin Sunday, March 1, 2026, and run each Sunday through April 19, 2026 from 5:00-8:30 PM. Dinner will be served at each meeting. There will be no meeting on April 5 due to Easter and Spring Break.

Who Can Attend

Junior male / female student athletes nominated by the Athletic Director.

Cost

There is NO cost for the students to attend. All expenses are covered through the IDEALS Foundation, Inc. If a banquet is held at the conclusion of the program, parents will be required to pay for their meals. Student meals will be covered.

Dress Attire

We expect the students to wear nice, casual clothing. No sweats, jerseys, etc.

Application/Essay

Students interested in applying should contact their school’s Athletic Director. Once recommended by your school’s Athletic Director, the student can complete their application online on the IDEALS website. All applications must be received NO LATER THAN December 19, 2025. Attendance

It is expected that all students will make very effort to attend ALL eight sessions. Each session's material is critical to the overall development of the students. We understand emergencies and sickness do occur and allow each student to miss one class if either of those situations should occur. We try to work around travel ball schedules and camps.
